Return & refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find information about your rights regarding returns and refunds in accordance with Danish and EU consumer protection laws.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within 14 days after receiving your goods. You may do so by contacting us at: info@layersoflightcph.com
 

You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery without giving clear notice.

• You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to cancel the purchase.

• The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received them.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

• Please ensure the items are packaged securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

• If you cancel your purchase within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

• Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned goods.

• We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to all types of products. For example:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.

• Digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal.

According to Danish Sale of Goods Act (“Købeloven”), you have a 2-year warranty period. This means you can either have the product repaired, replaced, your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or lack of proper maintenance.
